Exercise

What an awesome session, we did lots of fun exercise in Lets move, look at me!

Community Outings

I helped to go and get the tyres checked and gas put in the van. Then we went and choose some new videos at Greerton there were lots to choose from!

Girl time...

Had my nails done in girls group this week, I chose a pretty red colour and I sat really still so the varnish didn't go on my hands.

Swimming

I look forward to swimming every week with my friends. We have so much fun throwing the ball to each other. I've been doing some exercise in the exercise lanes too!

Recycling

Went to the recycle centre today to get rid of the old microwave and an old water cooler. It was fun getting rid of the junk, good clean out, woop woop.

Asian cooking.

It was sooo cool cooking Asian Lamb stir fry with noodles, I got to take some home with me and I ate it for tea, mm!

Out and about

I enjoyed getting out in the sun and going for a walk down the board walk the for a play at the park with my friends it was fun.
