Mindfulness

 I enjoyed getting warm under this fluffy blanket while I sat and relaxed to the koauau maori flute music for mindfulness this week. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep!!! 

Sailability at Sulphur

What an amazing day at Sailability, we went on the big keeler yacht today, the sea was nice and calm but had a little chill in the air. I even got to steer the yacht. 

 

Memorial Park fun

We had a lovely day at Memorial Park, playing with my friends, and spending time with Sophie.

 

Mount hot pool

 I enjoy relaxing at the mount hot pools with my friends. It was a great way to start off the week!

One and a half acre Wood

It was a perfect day out at One and a half acre wood, we got to feed and pet the animals, my favourite animal was the Guinea Pig!!!

 

Omokoroa Beach and picnic

What a lovely day out at Omokoroa beach and park with my friends, we had ate our picnic lunch and made our way back to the centre, lots of fun and socialising.
