Tactile

We made salt dough in our tactile session. We flattened it out and cut shapes out of it and then cooked it in the microwave. Later on we will paint them and use them for the disco we are going to do next month.

Obstacle Course

We made up an obstacle course that we all had a go at doing. It was good fun and we had to climb under tables pop bubble wrap keep a ball off the ground without touching it with our hands and play something on the ukulele.

Maui and the sun

Hi, this week in Maori culture we did a play about Maui and th Sun. It was good fun and we got to paint our faces and wear costumes.

Angels

What do you think of the angel I made out of paper machet. She is pretty and we will be finished painting her and be able to take home next week

Making Corn Fritters

We made yummy corn fritters in cooking this week. I helped mix the ingredients and got to flip them over in the pan when they had bubbles on top.

New friends

This is me talking and getting to know a bit about Jisiah. He is new here at Wilrose. He started a couple of weeks ago.

Indoor bowling

Because it was raining we couldn't go outside for our sports outing so we played table tennis and did some indoor bowling at the centre. I am quite good at getting the balls close to the little white ball.
